Kaushik GD is the Head of ESG Data Architecture & Solutions for NatWest and is responsible for the overall data & solution architecture for every enterprise ESG use case across NatWest. He has over 16 years of experience in the financial industry working across banking, asset management and private equity.In his current role, he has earned recognition in the ESG data industry by influencing cloud-based data distribution instead of traditional file-based methods; this, along with other strategic decisions on architecture, tooling selection and data op model has facilitated the NatWest ESG team to complete ESG data platform migration on Snowflake nearly 1 year before the expected date and has reduced the carbon footprint by c.80%. This has helped the bank fast track its ESG journey by enabling all franchises through advanced modelling and data services to drive innovative solutions such as the Carbon Planner and Sustainable Food Trust.Outside of work, he is a passionate marine conservationist and a climate change remediation advocate. Being a long-term member of Extinction Rebellion, Green Peace and PADI aware, he spends his spare time diving in various parts of the world, where he has earned two speciality certificates on Shark Awareness Diver & Diving against Debris.Kaushik holds a Master’s in Business Administration from IE Business School in Spain, along with several professional courses and degrees from University of Edinburgh, Cambridge university and UC Berkeley on Climate and mathematical modelling.

Prathibha Prabakaran is the Head of Enterprise Data Architecture and Interim Head of Enterprise Architecture for Voya Financial. In this role, she is accountable for the enterprise digital and data architecture roadmaps, architecture assurance and governance of Voya’s technology portfolio. She also supports the enterprise digital business strategy through the Enterprise Architecture function. Prior to her role leading Enterprise Data Architecture for Voya, Prathibha was VP of T. Rowe Price’s Global Distribution Technology organization. Prathibha led data/analytics development teams across all institutional and intermediary segments. She also led other marketing and sales enablement solution development for the Global Distribution organization. She oversaw architecture definition, technology selection, solution development and testing. Prathibha is a proven leader with more than 20 years of experience in managing diverse product portfolios and strategies, and in working closely with business partners to drive software innovation. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business, master’s degree in Computer Science, as well as an MBA from Johns Hopkins University.

Paul leads the Data and Analytics practice for Banking and Capital Markets Consulting. His role spans all advisory and consultancy in data and analytics, and delivery of all projects from PoCs to large multiyear projects. Paul has over 20 years’ industry experience.

Rinesh Patel is the Global Head of Financial Service at Snowflake where he is responsible for developing the financial service value proposition and supporting our customers’ transition to cloud.  Rinesh has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years in a variety of banking, consulting and business leadership roles.
